To record poisoning related changes in liver autopsy

Abstract: Materials & Methods: The present study was conducted in 82 deaths due to agricultural poisons of both genders. During Autopsy detailed internal and external examinations were done and random portion of Liver were collected for histological examination and fixed in 10% formalin and stained with Hematoxylin and eosin and the findings recorded. Histological features were grouped based on degree of damage to hepatic tissue.
