Author(s): AP Kidralieva, AL Fedorovtsev and RR Kidraliev

Abstract: When forensic cytological examination microparticles of damaged tissues and organs and isolated cells are often found on the instrument of crime which confirm the fact of its contact with human body. The article presents the results of two forensic cytological examinations. The first is about knife’s cytological examination in the case of multiple stab/cut penetrating wounds of abdomen with liver damaging. Within the research, the particles of striated skeletal muscle, areolar tissue and fat tissue with capillaries and arteriols were detected. The isolated Kupffer cells and peritoneal mesothelial cells were also discovered. The nuclei of the most cells contained Y-chromatin. The second case is about fragments of the windshield examination in the case of driver’s open craniocerebral trauma with brain crushing when traffic accident. Along with the elements of connective, muscle and fat tissues and isolated cells - neurons were discovered. Thus, in the result of forensic cytological examinations organ and tissue origin of the microparticles on the instruments of crime was established. These findings have important diagnostic value as confirm the fact of the instruments of crime contact with the human body. It’s also important to emphasize the expediency of comprehensive biological, cytological examinations and DNA analysis to obtain complete information about biological evidence.
